If you’re planning a house painting project or the installation of a new roof or patio be sure to check here first for the approvals you’ll need from the CCHOA Design Control Committee.

Important phone numbers and websites are available, along with news updates, weather information and quick access to traffic conditions and road construction projects.

Cramer’s Crossing homeowners MUST have a user ID and password to access the HOMEOWNER content on this website which includes all the needed information for exterior projects. Contact information for your CCHOA Board of Directors and access to the Homeowner Directory also requires you to login.
